DMCA Policy

WPVaults respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws.

Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe that content accessible through our tools infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA notice to official.wpvaults@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature (or that of an authorized agent)
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location (URL)
  • Your contact information: address, phone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

How We Handle DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also make a good-faith effort to contact the user who posted the content so they may take appropriate action.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to official.wpvaults@gmail.com. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court

Our Technology

WPVaults does not host, store, or distribute any video content on our servers. Our tools function as a technical intermediary that fetches publicly available media directly from the source platform (TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Dailymotion, etc.) at the user’s request. The media is streamed directly from the source to the user’s device without passing through our servers.

User Responsibility

Users of WPVaults are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to download and use any content obtained through our tools. We do not grant any rights to content downloaded through our service. Users should only download content they own, have permission to use, or that is clearly licensed for such use.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access to our service for users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
